용인시 동천동에 단독주택 4채를 설계한 건입니다.

건축주 요구에 맞추어 고령의 은퇴자를 대상으로 계획하였으므로 엘레베이터, 간소한 평면 (유지관리, 청소 등의 문제)로 계획하였습니다.

This project is the design of four single-family houses in Dongcheon-dong, Yongin.

In response to the client’s requirements, we designed the houses for elderly retirees. Therefore, we incorporated elevators and simplified floor layouts to facilitate ease of maintenance and cleaning.
